About Us  - The Salisbury Garden Club was established in 1969 by a group of 51 women, all from the Salisbury subdivision in Midlothian, Va. We are currently a group of over 100 members who live in not only the Midlothian area of  Chesterfield County, but also from PowhatanCounty, Henrico County, and Richmond City. The Club is a member of the Piedmont District of the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs, which is affiliated with the South Atlantic Region of National Garden Clubs, Inc. 

Mission -  We are dedicated to promoting horticulture and floral design education, civic beautification, and conservation in our club and our community

Programs -Educational programs and demonstrations are held at each of the monthly meetings. The topics include a wide range of subjects encompassing horticulture, floral design, landscape design, insects, wildlife, ecology, and conservation. Programs are free to members. A small fee may be charged for some hands-on workshops. For more information on this year's programs click on the 

Activities - We are involved in education, therapy, and beautification of our community, a biennial flower show, a biennial garden tour, floral design workshops, and annual Gardener's Exchange of plants, pots, books, etc., exhibits of horticulture and floral designs, and social activities.
